UCD is one of the clubs in Ireland that goes out of its way to make travelling fans of visiting clubs welcome. The atmosphere is always good in and around the UCD Bowl. Stewarding is always friendly but at the same time efficient. A special shout also to the club for the way it facilitates visiting media personnel.
Whilst this should be expected it is not always the case around the League. Some of the more senior clubs including Shelbourne and Drogheda are far less accommodating.....so often little men with badges or bibs seem more interested in exercising their 'authority' rather than in doing their job properly....very sad.
